My husband and I just made this for our family. I love that we can both cook together on our Blackstone, our son even made salmon for himself. I'm a sissy so I didn't use jalapeños and I forgot to add the corn but, this was so amazing! My Dad said it's the best meal he's ever ate. We'll definitely be making this again.

Doubled this recipe for a friends and family gathering last night. Because I only have a 3 burner grill, I had to just make the single batch twice. Made the second batch with only 1/3 of the jalapeños to reduce the heat. EVERYONE loved it. Mr. Hussey, the yellow squash is a must. Thanks for bringing this to my home!

Matt, I tried this tonight. Overall, outstanding. Right after putting the taters down, I ran out of propane and did not realize until the 3-4 minute check and nothing had happened. Fortunately, i had a spare tank. The only variance was that I used only about 1/3 bottle of Italian dressing. The cook fed 4 adults and three kids. Three went back for seconds. The only negative comments was one thought that it was too oily. That is probably on me using more oil than I need for the cook. I guess I was trying to make up time that was lost to the taters and no propane. I will certainly try again.

Good to see kielbasa getting some love, beautiful, rich tasting sausage. Throw some in soups, stews, chilli, improves it every time.

Oh ❤ Thanks for sharing. I’m gonna cook this up this weekend ! Hubby is a huge foodie and that right there might feed him 2 maybe 3 meals. LOL I thought once we became empty nesters that our food bill would go down…… hahahaha what was I thinkin. Have a great day everyone !

The left over cabagge. Smoke it, remove the core and fill it with butter and we used "jane's mixed up salt" and wrap it in some tinfoil so the butter doesn't get everywhere. So good. any left overs mix it up with mashed potatoes the next day.
