The Brevard bees are more chill! I'm in Brevard, too, been here 25 years and still learning about gardening. Your sons are great, thanks for sharing!

Great content. Nice plantation or is it a plant nation. I also collect plants from discards, cuttings and seeds. I even ordered a few online. I'm due to have a plant delivered Friday 8/16/24. It's a Dudleya virens 'hassei' native Catalina Island CA. It's going to be a great potted plant. They are hard to source because they are now protected from poachers especially Asian exporters. 😊

Love your videos. If you leave those wasp you will not be able to harvest those guavas. I made that mistake and got stung and a larger nest is much harder to deal with.

Hello fellow floridian! Wondering how far into 10A you are. I live in debary and I'm on the line of 9a and 9b literally on the line. I've been wondering if I'd be able to grow coconuts here. Maybe in a pot to keep it easier to protect the few days we get frost? I have 2 different types of sour sop, icecream bean, custard apple, star fruit, like 3 or 4 different types of dragon fruit, 2 maybe 3 different passion fruit, wonderful pomegranate and so much more. I've had them for at least 3 years so I've been able to keep them protected and growing nice and bigger every year. So I'd imagine if coconut will do well here. Do yall eat your sprouted coconuts? Or do you just move and plant them around the yard?

Love the channel! random question, I live in central Fl as well and I'm working on getting my food forest set up with my family. What do you guys do to avoid being eaten by bugs? especially since ya'll roam barefoot. Every time my daughters help me in the yard and they are barefoot they get tons of bug bites. I get them too but not as bad.
