3 gang switch wiring

Some switches has L1, L11, L12. L2, L21, L22. L3, L31, L32.

L1, L2 and L3 are the loops.

The life wire goes into L1, looped to L2 and to L3.

The connections to the lights then connects to L11, L21 and L31 respectively.

Wow this is great. So if I have 5 wires coming into the socket chamber, it means the extra was used to tap voltage from the LCOM unto another socket elsewhere

Great video. I have a question please.
In my sitting room I have a 3 way switch. 1 is for the sitting room light(which is also powered by another switch at another point in the room) 2 is for the outside light, 3 is for the light inside near the back door.
The problem is the outside light won't come on until the 3rd(light inside near the back door) is on also.
I would like the 2nd switch to be just for the outside light and the 3rd switch to be just for the light near the back door.
What could be the issue and how do I solve this problem please?

Sir.. I have a 3 gang switch for 2 seperate lights and a fan.. My switch has nine terminals 3 L3 holes 3 L2 holes 3 L1 holes.. if the hot wires go to L1 terminals, which holes does the other wires go into L2 or L3 ??.. More importantly, how many wires should be run into the switch box from the joint box??.. You didn't respond to my last question.

Hi Sir, if my two gang one way switch only has L, and 1 saja? Is it L is input? And 1 is output to load? It didn’t write L1, it just writes 1. And it didn’t write Com too. So I’m confused which one is input and which one is load.

Sir i hve a 3 gang 2 way switch, i ll use it only for 1 way.it have L1 L1¹ L1², L2 L2¹ L2², L3 L3¹ L3².
In which one i ll have to connect the input power n the output for 3 lighting.can i connect the neutral in the switch.

Problem at home left switch turns my bathroom light on and off.

The middle and the right ones could trolly my upstairs light amp down stairs light but my builder as changed the the switch to a new one and now the middle and right one don't do what they was doing before any ideas
