I have a black neutered male cat whose love language is CHOMP! We will be petting him and he will turn, grab your hand in his mouth and gently bite down. We think he just gets overstimulated easily. He is neary a year old and sweet as can be, otherwise.

I think Jude was about a cat that got really insecure because neighborhood feral cats freaked him out at night. Motion-activated sprinkler system drove away the ferals.

Sebastian sounds like a cat that was traumatized by humans before he wound up in the animal shelter; note that he was aggressive with Buffy before she bonded with him. Also it doesn't look like he has places high up where he can perch and build up confidence in his spaces... I'm guessing Jackson started with positive association, like making their hands smell like his favorite treats.

When the first guy talked about how once the cat scratched the gap between his fingers I felt that pain 😭 I remember when my cat, Belle (RIP), caught her claw in the gap between my fingers omg the pain and trying to remove the claw at the same time 😫 My fault though, I was a kid and got too excited and then tried to pet her, she clearly was threatened by my hyper energy

I for some reason have a very quick reaction time and I think that’s why with the many cats I’ve owned over the years I’ve managed to catch my cats when they have rolled over on the bed and fell and I know they wouldn’t get hurt but it’s basically just a case of if u something fall you try to catch it and I’ve also be able to detect when my cat was going to try to bite me but luckily after a lot of research online and trying multiple theories I was able to get him to stop clawing and biting my leg. Some people don’t understand how difficult it can be to own a cat because they may be small and innocent as kittens but they will grow to like 3 or 4 times there size and if you don’t treat them properly just like with a dog you will experience the consequences. Worst part is that my cat had a few millisecond advantage but owning cats for over 20 years you get very quick but the cat always has the advantage. Moral of the story if u own a cat then make sure you give it all the love and attention it needs. If you get a cat and think well it looks after itself so instead of a dog we will get a cat just remember you may not have to walk it but u still need to look after it and make sure it’s needs are met.
