Would you say you prefer the 6v6's or 6l6's? El34s are to British voiced for my taste. It's channel two is good for punk but I play in a metal band currently. More old school sounding then newer metal stuff though. Oh and thanks for being the only one to put 6v6s in that I can find ha

Oh "chop tone"...so how much did the 6V6's lower the actual output? It seems regardless what's in the TC, it still rocks!

This is what I never want to see in an amp demo… shredding it to shit in the mix.

6v6 isn't the best sounding tube for metal, Diavlo series was a flop with such tube. I really found this amp like a bad copy of a 6505.
