The 2837 must be the year 2021 and beyond? I have an old Bissell. It’s kinda like that one but it’s a bit trickier when cleaning it out. I couldn’t see from the top portion of your video but did you have the charging cord plugged into the unit whilst cleaning? If no, do you know if it’s possible to do so? On my old one, when I get down to 2, it doesn’t want to suction as well.

So it continually and automatically disperses the cleaning solution in addition to the spray? Can hot water be used? How can I use my regular nontoxic carpet and upholstery spray cleaner? Can you just use suction without it putting more solution down?
