I am a huge fan of bissell pet stain removers. Unfortunately we have issues with the pet stain eraser model # 2003A we have had two in less then a year. Our first one leaked every time and got into the motor. The second one same thing but then it would say full charge and would work for 10 seconds. They are sending this one which I noticed is a different model number and I am praying that it works! I will say that their customer service is amazing! I look forward to seeing how it works. Please do yourself a favor and fill out the warranty!

also the plug on the tank seems like it should be open to for better suction but this video shows it being closed. I have a plug in carpet cleaner and if the plug isn't open it doesn't work so I don't know what this one's suppose to be. seems like the same suctioned either way. not much but good enough suction. I recommend this product.

I got one of these for Christmas and was so excited, my company is arriving in an hour and my couches are still soaking wet. The machine did not suck the water back up :(

How do you use the pet tool attachment? What is it for?

I love mine. I recommend crud clutter carpet cleaner. Also if something says "with oxy". that literally means with hydrogen peroxide so save yourself some $$ but hydrogen peroxide.
