You can create multiple folders from a text file by using only notepad.
So, open notepad and write how you want to name your folders.
Now add md which means make a directory in front of each line.
You can just hit ctrl+h and replace for example letter f with md and add space.
After this go save file and make sure to add .cmd at the end of the file name.

Now just run the file you created and you can see that folders are automatically created.

And this is how you create multiple folders from text without using any third-party software.
Thanks for watching and have a nice day.

You had literally just save my time and my poor fingers on attempting to open 100 files with same title but just different sequence! Thank you so much! And this jus took me under 1 minute!

This worked great but, I had a list of 32 folders, but some folder names were 2 and 3 words in length, this feature added only single word folders. Instead of Weekly Sales West, I got a folder with the title Weekly, one folder named Sales and the other was West. In all, I ended up with 72 folders. Is there a workaround for folder names with spaces? Thank you for the demonstration.

how to make (only) a TXT file from an ebook file (epub, pdf, mobi, etc), the target goal is a TXT file with the same file name from the ebook file.

example:
ebook title here, by John Doe.epub (c: \ ebook \)
Young Star Champion.pdf (c: \ ebook \ success \)
other book titles.pdf (c: \ ebook \ biography \)

The three files are located in different directories, but our goal is to easily and quickly create a TXT file in each directory.

If there are small tools for this, that's fine. it's faster to do and better.

NOT USEFUL if you have any spaces in the folder names, like 'Richmond VA' or 'Black Cars'. It creates separate folders for each word in name. So it only works with simple naming methods.
