Another great video! Question....does this lens' aperture ramp open/close smoothy or does it stair step in stop increments? Not sure but I read that Samyang's 35 1.8 does stair step.

Good morning Maarten. Hope your break from videos was good and that you could take a rest from things. And a nice lens, some very sharp photos you took.

Can I ask how you look through a view finder, since you wear glasses?
I don't take my glasses off and sometimes it makes framing hard since I can't see the peripherals of my view finder.
I seen diopter things for view finders but none seem to be strong enough for my eye prescription.
Obviously I could put in contacts, but curious if you have a sneaky solution. Lol. Have a good one

Cheers for the review! Only Viltrox lens I have so far is the 85mm f1.8 and it's a good bang for buck, me thinks this 35mm is on my to get list now lol

Did I detect a slight Dutch accent, or was it just my imagination? The second time you mentioned the brand name, it sounded a bit like "Filtrox" to me. I'm glad this lens doesn't come in Canon EF-mount, or I might have been tempted.
