In this artistic review of the Viltrox 35mm F/1.8 I talk about the upsides and downsides. But also about my Love for this Lense and minimal photography. The somewhat mellow characteristics of this lens make it a very nice entry lens for 35mm photography. I found my love for 35mm and rediscovered my passion of minimal photography with shallow Depth of Field

You're right Olivio. I always connect to the pipes, doorknobs, and garbage.

I love the 40mm focal length (close enough to 35mm), like you, love the pop of using it wide open. It’s the do anything focal length. Would really recommend you giving the Sigma 40 1.4 a spin, you won’t regret it!

As someone whos watched your tutorials and am a photographer myself i will say that with the A7iii id try manual focus and focus peaking in red. You can get pretty quick using this method and have the ultimate in control of whats sharp in your image. I also had the a7iii and recently purchased the a7iv. Once you get used to using focus peaking its kind of addicting to see what shots you can get. Thanks for the videos!!
