I recently bought the Woolrich summer bomber jacket in melton blue. Very light weight, very good quality, not cheap, but at a reasonable price. Perfect for chilli evenings in the summer and as „Übergangsjacke“🤣towards autumn. Besides it goes with everything, of you have a more cleaner and quiet style (jeans, dresses, skirts, trousers, even if they are more elegant).

I wear a lot of silk three seasons (less in summer) because I have hyper-reactive skin and I need breathability, too. So, my favorite brands that offer silk items include: Equipment, Theory, Sezane, Silk Laundry, MM la Fleur, Lily Silk, Boden and Quince. The last three have lower prices, especially Quince. Many of my wardrobe staples like silk skirts, especially, come from Quince. They make the perfect silk skirt for only $60 US and in comes in lots of colors. I recently bought a few silk items from Goelia, which has lower-quality, thinner silks, but the prices are fair for the quality. This brand is more traditional, which suits me, but perhaps not you, Mashid. You are much more stylish than I am! I wear very classic, even conservative clothes, mostly skirts and dresses for their comfort. But, the brown Toteme silk trousers are must-haves, I’ll just have to buy nothing else the month I order them. Right now, my first priority is a navy wool coat from The Curated, while they’re around, I’ve been looking for a good navy one for years. Navy is “my black” and used to be a standard option, but it’s surprisingly difficult to find now.

I love Quiet Luxury, it’s always been the guiding principle of my wardrobe choices. But, recently it became a trend and seems to carry so much socio-political baggage. Old Money Style, too. These aren’t such big, inflammatory things, it just makes sense to choose carefully, buy fewer, high-quality items, then keep and wear them forever. Whenever I’ve succumbed to the lure of fast-fashion, the items are often uncomfortable because they contain plastics, go quickly out of style or don’t last. I love your channel because it’s rare to find someone who buys at this quality level. Most American fashion social media is all about finding the cheapest possible items, like $5 jeans!!! Not only do I not want things of such low quality, but I know both the workers and the environment have suffered to produce them. I have to shop at a slightly lower price point than you, Premium High Street, but there are plenty of high-quality, beautiful items available at this level. I no longer favor many US brands, they have all gone down the Plastic Highway, so I shop mostly Euro and UK brands.❤
