Great jumps and great tips! I did my first jump last year as can be seen on my YouTube channel. I was 45 years old at the time of my first jump. I've since done another jump. I was scared before my first jump from 10, 000ft but much of the fear had gone before I stepped into the plane and I enjoyed the jump from take off to landing! I still looked a bit apprehensive though! My second jump from 15, 000ft was just totally nerve-free all day and more enjoyable than the first time..

I had already decided that I will go and do my 3rd and 4th tandem jump before I landed from my 2nd tandem. My tip is that you take the health considerations seriously. My first tandem made my heart race really fast and I feared that it could fail. No, it didn't and I have never had heart problems.
