Caste system was in their religion, not just in India. Thats why Buddha wanted to get the true enlightenment

Caste system was just a way of giving roles in a kingdom in ancient India, it wasn't made for stuff like that. People could change their caste, if they wanted to in ancient times. Unlike the people who invaded India and made it into something else and started treating people based on that.

It is in genesis, man was created without the knowledge of good and evil, we stole that and now suffer the consequences of that knowledge as well as the consequences for that sin. The only way to pay for those actions is to die, but God almighty sent his only son to die on the cross as the sacrifice to pay for our sins and to show us the boundless power of God.

Actually got most of his ideas from other teachings. He did read the bible a couple times, but most of his ideas were socialism, anti Jewish and very prejudice towards those who were of African descent.
