This was very short and to the point that I have spent weeks intermittently trying to move a half year of emails that were in a different folder into the correct one. The copy and paste that you showed made it very easy and I was able to accomplish this in no time. I spent man days trying to figure out how to use the rules to move a half year of emails to the correct folder. Using your copy and move method made it a lot easier and less time consuming. I just highlighted a bunch of them and moved them (like a whole month worth at a time). Thank you VERY much. I don't know what the person who said that you spent too much time "speaking" meant when it was only three minutes and solved everything I wanted to do???
