There's a better way just right-click the file or folder go to "give access to" then now you chose the user account you want, much quicker and saves space on your computer if you don't want to waste using extra space on your c drive or you just have bigger files you likely have on your second drive, say a game for example

For people that simply want to copy each and everything that one account has into a new one (pretty much duplicate the whole account's stuff like desktop files, documents, pictures, music etc. into the new one), just go to your windows directory (Windows: C) then go into Users, then find your old user's folder (it's going to have the same name as your old user account), copy everything in that folder and paste & replace everything in your new user's folder.

Or a way if you have limited storage space and are trying to move an app or a big file that you cant duplicate. > Just open the files app 2 times put them side by side and then move an app (fortnite for example) just open the user on one of the file apps then drag fortnite into that user (from one file app to the file app with the user in it) hope this helps!
