When my sister was a CM at Pooh, she said the shop’s store room was alway freezing, and, coincidentally, was in the same place that Mr. Toad’s hell was in. So, hell always seemed to be freezing over.

Bring back 20000 leagues. That was such a darker refreshing shift from the more cartoony rides there

I have watched this one a couple of times (love your videos) and every time you mention the different secrets about the Nautilus I can't help but think about a place you can still actually see one of the ride subs. On Castaway Cay, Disney Cruise Lines privet island, you can snorkel in the lagoon and see a submerged Nautilus from Magic Kingdom.

I feel so fortunate that I got to got on 20, 000 Leagues Under The Sea as a child. You never know when something will be gone for good. Thanks for sharing these secrets. Loved the video. :)

20000 leagues under the sea was my favorite ride as a kid despite the fact that I never saw the movie. I highly enjoyed it. It was one of those must ride things along with the haunted mansion.

20000 leagues under the sea because it was my favorite ride on my first trip to Disney World in 1984. Every time my Dad and I watched the movie after our trip, we would reminisce about our ride!

I would bring back the skyway.  It was a wonderfully calm way to take in the park, away from the mayhem of foot traffic.

I rode all of those old rides, and the 20, 000 Leagues Under The Sea was fun and kinda scary when the squid attacked your ship.

20, 000 leagues was one of my favorites but the issue was always with the long wait time, and the long and awkward load/unload times. I also remember hearing that people would occasionally have panic attacks on it due to the claustrophobia and being under water. Even so, I was shocked when they closed it, because it was very unique and very popular.

One of the submarines from an extinct ride was brought to Disney’s private island Castaway Cay and left underwater for snorkeling guests to find alongside other Disney statues.

they should’ve turned the 20, 000 leagues under the sea into an atlantis ride :/

20, 000 Leagues for me; it was my favorite movie when I was a kid. I remember riding the skyway the year we went to Disney World, but getting heartbroken when we saw the ride was down for maintenance. It was the one thing I was really excited about. By the time I made it back to the park again, it was long gone.

My mom took my sister and I to Disney when we were 4 and 6. My absolute favorite rides of the time were the 20, 000 Leauges Under the Sea and Space Mountain. About six years ago we moved to Orlando with my then 1-year-old daughter, and we go to Disney (thanks to a friend who works there!) a few times a year. I'll be sure to look out for the Leagues hidden momentos next time we go!
