A grilled swordfish steak with a lemon caper butter sauce or a beurre blanc. Finished with a side of Brussels Sprouts. This is an easy seafood dish for date night at home, or any weeknight.

It's basically a white wine butter sauce with capers, lime, shallots and mustard. Grilled sword fish on the Weber Kettle. Amazing!

Josh and babe. Love the video on swordfish one of the Sea Foods I love the most but as you said hard to find at times and sometimes the cost would be prohibitive. You guys did a great job on this one makes me want to go out and find some swordfish and cook it myself thanks to you and your friends for bringing this to us

Okay love the video little bit of advice for your grill that help your food not stick and release easier from the grill take a towel a normal dish towel roll it up soak it in a little bit of canola oil then once all the oil is absorbed take a pair of spring-loaded tongs take the side that the oil it's absorbed into and while the grill is hot this is very important while it is hot rub it very well with the canola oil it will help was sticking problems on the grill anyway love the video and I hope my advice helos see you in the next video

Great video thanks! But yo man, as a happily married for 30 yrs husband, you were pushing it around @5:44. She working hard at it and already at the 'Hm-hmmm' level 2 and you telling her something she loves to eat is disgusting.

PRO-Tip: What were you thinking?! My Wife also love brussel sprouts and other stuff that I too think is kinda gross, but you don't just go and throw that sh*t out loud! :-) You contribute this part to the meal she contributes that and you just go with it. I counted like 5 hmm-mmms in there so you were treading on thin ice :-P

Trust me, if she wants to make a side or sauce you maybe not a fan of you say, 'That's great Baby!' and move along and have a nice evening together. Even if you don't touch it. Swirl it around on your plate and say it's great. :-P But def don't disrespect foods your partner digs even though you don't.
