Its basically a white wine butter sauce with capers, lime, shallots and mustard. Just picked up two nice swordfish steaks, it's been over ten years since I cooked swordfish and I wanted a nice recipe with a sauce. NYT wanted me to pay for a recipe, so a little search and your video came up. Love the vibe and more importantly, the ingredients you use. But I am confused, I thought if you were a good YouTube chef you needed to have sleeves and wear black latex gloves. After looking more at your videos, I found this year's way to cook my turkey. Double thanks.

Great place to buy that swordfish I'd say go to your local sprouts typically $9.99 a pound very fresh that's why I purchase mine in SoCal

Another fish I haven’t tried. I need to try this. It sounds delicious. I love capers anyway. I make a cauliflower recipe w capers on it (just lemon juice, capers and olive oil & S&P) roasted in the oven. So easy and so good. That sauce would be perfect on a roasted cauliflower too
