This simple recipe makes for a fun breakfast or tasty snack!
R E C I P E
Makes about 6 cups
Ingredients
2 cups frozen cherries
1 (13.5 oz) can full fat coconut milk
1 1/2 cups plant milk
1/4 tsp almond extract (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
1 cup chia seeds
Optional toppings: granola, cherries (frozen or fresh), cacao nibs, shredded coconut
Directions
? Add cherries, coconut milk, plant milk, and almond extract to high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
? Add chia seeds and blend on low until just mixed.
? Portion out into meal prep containers.
? Top with your favorite toppings immediately or daily.
Notes
? Store in air-tight containers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
? To extend this recipe, double the plant milk (i.e. use 3 cups) and allow it to set up in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight before adding toppings.
? Sweeten with maple syrup as needed.
