You gain access to qualtrim.com which just had a major update, it's received very good feedback so far. Try it out risk free.

If you stay invested and ignore the market's ups and downs, you'll make a lot of money in the long run; however, a severe market correction causes a lot of margin calls and sell-offs, driving the market even lower. People get greedy in this bull market, and it's extremely irresistible (fear of missing out) to buy more stocks with borrowed money or money they don't have. In the United States, people even bought stocks using their home equity line.

What I think we may see in the next couple of months is a shift from risk-off stocks to more risk-on stocks (and other asset classes as well), as the market becomes more comfortable with inflation. The flow of liquidity towards risk will most likely result in the removal of money from the "safer" plays in the market, or the "hideaways" (j&j, proctor and gamble for example) and big tech, resulting in big drops from the stocks that have held up well, and rallies in riskier assets as money rushes in.

When it comes to investment, diversification is key. That is why I have my interests set on key sectors based on performance and projected growth. They range from the EV sector, renewable energy, Tech and Health.

I’m trying to plan for my retirement(I have none) and I understand that a recession is where many people make money. Someone I listened to on a podcast made a profit of $150K in less than a month. I'd appreciate any tips.

I am mentally prepared to be roasted about the typo spelling "profitability" wrong. Go ahead, I can take it.

Not sure why you wouldn’t consider buying TSLA on this dip Joseph. It’s so undervalued for its growth over the next 5-10 years. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Buy dividends such as: SAFT, PSX, NKSH and PM all yielding good. Some analysts predicted otherwise but look at where we are now.

You said you sold out of an ETF. Did I miss which episode you talked about the sell. Which etf did you exit?

Joseph, Your value for Target’s dividend payout ratio may be incorrect: from Yahoo Finance, 463.7M shares outstanding x $4.32 dividend per share = $2003.2M annual payout. Levered free cash flow (ttm) = $1170M. If these numbers are correct, the payout ratio is 171%, which would suggest that Target’s dividend and share repurchase total is partially funded by debt. Is this correct, and if so, does it change your recommendation?

I'm investing in evergreen industries that do well even during economic downturns (like human trafficking and fentanyl manufacturing)

TGT doesn't normally trade at a 17-20 PE ratio. Not sure why you're saying it does.

Honda? I'm curious to know if you've considered HMC at all as a high paying dividend play.

I keep buying my targeted stocks on low days. They keep dropping and I keep buying. I'm running lower on cash though... down to about 20% cash. I'll keep buying the sale prices until I'm outta cash. gotta be greedy when others are fearful

Joseph, why did you buy PEP instead of KO? Can you make a comparison video on why you choose PEP instead of KO? Thanks.

TGT may have 27% dividend payout ratio compared to net income, but it's 76% compared to free cash flow so it makes it not that safe. They must increase cash from operations and decrease some of the costs over the long run.
