I am from Bangladesh...My sister applied f4 immigration visa for me in USA...
Priority Date: December, 2012
RFE/Request for evidence letter: July, 2020
Case approved: October, 2020
Case creation letter/Welcome letter: October, 2020
But usually it takes 12-13years to get welcome letter/case creation letter. But why recently almost many people get their case creation later too early??Can you please tell me why??

I am frustrated with your presentation. How can u take 3/4 of the time explaining the rules of how to fill up the form and then rush through the “filling up” process (which is the more important and major part)? Ridiculous! 😡

Q/  have you lived anywhere other than this adress since the age of sixteen?.

The asnwer is yes but not at the age of sixteen, but at the age of eighteens i been living in india for the last ten years to complete my bachelors. Now I'm already back in my country and I would like to know if i should select yes?
