I have requested KCC to unlock my DS-260 form, and they replied in less than 24 hour that the form is unlocked, but the replied email does not contain any credential or link for me to reach the unlocked form, and I attempted to open it through the casual way but my confirmation number is recognized as invalid. What am I supposed to do?

I cannot fill any numeral into the box beside 'Number of Educational Institutions Attended'. Every time I filled it out, it could not be saved and showing red error mark. Please help me.
