Just a tip: You should open the Environment Variables window from Control Panel "System and Security", "System", "Advanced settings" and finally "Environment Variables" as for me if I just search it in the search bar and open it from there the bottom table with "System variables" is greyed out.

Do intellij 2022 it seems the removed some default features 🤔
