A sugar spike when consuming carbohydrates, is ONLY associated with the REFINED ones - not the whole grain variety.

Simon, how about fish vs plant-exclusive in CVD? Does fish still come off a wee bit better?

I can tell you now almost every PHD proper human diet person has tried whole food vegetable base at sometime in their live and are all glad they are now on PHD. Have you tried it if not how can you sit there and claim that vegetables are the best thing for you?

Have a real good look at long term vegans, a real good look. Anyone with over 15-20 years of veganism of so should do it.

The hardest thing about being vegan is vegetarian canabolism..

Misrepresenting the science all over the place. You even went as far as speaking about stroke when even taking into account the better lifestyle of vegans all research shows a higher prevalence of stroke. And this is statistically significant! First do no harm!

Man you don’t know enough about the microbieme to know what is good or not yet. Putting vegetables in just means you put a lot of crap in there including all the poisons every vegetable has and which bacteria can handle that or not and for how long.
You are just guessing still. The only real thing we know is the microbieme can be changed very quickly depending on the food sources

Where is the science about unsaturated fats. If you think that’s correct you are completely ignoring other science which is equal to if not greater than the science you have read. But he is one fact we are one species and therefore we should be on the same diet with only small differences because of our individual genetics.
But to say we need a lot of vegetables is hilarious there is no good science there and to say we need fiber is even more laughable.

Hardest thing about being vegan is that you need to eat more to be strong and if you are sourounded by violent people then it’s not so easy to be vegan, you don’t get the puss my man
