If you change the passenger side engine mount, that is on the gearbox, and then change bottom centre 1 at the back, underneath it is referred to as the dog bone mount you, might get away with not having to deal the more difficult one, that's the one on the drivers side of the engine, it is worth a try.
If your gear stick moves, when you clutch or else, feather the accelerator, that is usually sorted out when you change the bottom centre dogbone mount.

Unfortunately there is no fix other than replacing the hydraulic top end mount! however the play puts strain on the other mounts it is advisable to replace all mounts :( quite pricey and a bitch to do on your own.
