She could have at least tried to comfort the animal. SeaWorld claims that the trainers share a bond with their dolphins but clearly not if they just stand by while an animal suffers, terrified and alone.

I would have started to scream at people to help me put it back in. It's sad how people these days just stand by and watch.

Yep just stand there.
I know one person cannot lift the animal but you could at least try to comfort the animal. Put water on the animal.
SEA WORLD KILLS!

All dolphins and whales should NOT be in captivity. The trainers always claim "These dolphins were born in captivity" in which they are not.
These dolphins/whales have been taken from the wild ocean which is their home by cruel fishermen of Taiji, Japan.
The fishermen drive all wild whale (pilot whales, false kilker whales) and dolphins who migrate in the Japenese oceans into a small cove near the taiji harbours. What makes the dolphins and whales swim this way is the taiji fishermen bang steel poles on their boats, creating wall of sound underneath the ocean water. The wall of sound to the dolphins is rreally bad and they swim to get away from it. So they are forced to swim to shore.
Once in the mouth of the cove, the fishermen put nets around the wild captured dolphins, so they cannot escape. These dolphins are terrified, confused and have no idea what is going on. In each pod there is usually babies and juveniles who stay by their moms.
Sometimes the fishermen will leave the dolphins overnight in the cove, so they can calm down. The dolphins get no food what so ever. Or sometimes the fishermen takes the dolphins straight into the killing cove where the captive selection takes place.
These dolphins are now very tired, Stressed and terrified.
The trainers come in on boats, looking for young dolphins, with no marks or scratches. Once they have a captive dolphin they are forced away from their parents, friends and famillies, and are now in the hands of trainers and just dumped into a small tiny seapen for a lifetime in captivity, starved to perform tricks for entertainment.
However if there is no suitable dolphins/whales for captivity none of them are spared including the babies and juveniles. The trainers help with which ones are being killed.
All of the ones who are not spared are brutally killed.
The taiji fishermen use a inhumane method of killing these animals, by using a metal rod which goes just behind the blowhole, which supposedly paralyzes them and then they drown in the water.
In fact the killing is totally inhumane, and painful. These dolphins drown in their own blood aswell as famillies blood.
if you dont beleive a word I say, you tube The Cove, or Taiji Dolphins.
It is not propaganda, or fake. It is footage from a digital camera, and phone.
Cameras do not lie. Trainers do.

Great heavens. How could anyone "dislike" this video? There is NO justifying this cruelty!

The poor dolphin is flailing around in obvious pain while the trainer stands there. Not calling for help, not trying to comfort him/her, not even giving her a little wet towel to keep him/her hydrated!

We would caution you against taking any animal from the wild unless he was injured or in danger. If the turtle is injured or cannot survive on his own, then you should take him to a vet or specialist who knows how to take care of turtles. If you cannot do this or it's unreasonable to take the turtle to a vet because it is not a very serious issue, then you could nurse him back to health for the time being, but ultimately, the turtle will do better on his own if you leave him be in the wild.

This kind of reminds me of a video I saw a while back of a dolphin that was in a small pool right next to the ocean ( yes, the torture of so close yet...) that jumped out trying to get to the ocean. Really really messed up. I can't imagine if a higher species were to ever find us ...god forbid they found us cute and entertaining

Does a beached whale want to escape the ocean? According to peta's "logic" it does.
