Those animals aren't happy in tanks.. They are mammals and when they feel low and stressed, they backfire... 🔥

An animal that lives in the vast ocean is kept in a tiny tank and forced to do tricks and they wonder why these things happen!!!

This is the Orca who has had numerous calves "kidnapped" from her by SeaWorld so they could transfer/sell those calves to other Sea World parks. There is footage of this whale crying out for her calf as it was being hauled out of the tank it shared with its mother. She was in genuine emotional DISTRESS about losing her baby. It was only a matter of time before she "snapped". He's fortunate that he got out alive. These animals are trying to convey a message....and that message is "How do YOU like being held captive in an unnatural environment that you can't escape from???". In this particular video, she had another calf out back that kept crying for her. It distressed her and this is what happened.

Such a tragedy on both ends. Killer whales and dolphins etc. belong in the WILD not in a circus or amusement park! Shame on us humans to think they can be trained and not be expected to do what they would in nature!

I'm siding with the killer whale. They are supposed to be in the ocean with their family, not in a small pool prison.

When he is finally able to scramble to safety on the platform it looks like one of the staff helping him was the trainer Dawn, who was killed in 2010. No matter how much they love these creatures & enjoy working with them it can never be forgotten that they are wild animals & therefore very dangerous

Orca are extremely intelligent, and extremely powerful. I don’t know if it was being pissy with him, or if it was playing with him, but I have absolutely no doubt that if it intended to kill him, he would be dead. If it intended to harm him, he would have been much more seriously injured. It was even coming to the surface to give him opportunities to breathe.

Keeping orca in captivity is inherently cruel. These are animals who have the freedom of the ocean, and they are kept in relatively small tanks. It would be the equivalent to a person being ripped from their parents at birth and locked up in a hotel room. Confined to a small space, having no normal, social interactions, having nothing like a natural life. What amazes me is that there have been so few trainers killed.

I would have freaked. Then again, I wouldn't have been in the tank in the first place, set them free!!

It's hard to believe there are still animals being caged in 2024. I live in Miami, looks like the Seaquarium is finally shutting down.

Just as he realizes hes still in shallow water he remembers watching how the killer whales would slide right up on that platform when being fed and that's when the " Fred Flintstone" circle run kicks in. I'm outta here!!!
