When shirt comes off characters in your vicinity have disadvantage on concentration, and suffer minor confusion. Player also has advantage on charisma checks and spells.

(Other characters To busy looking at your abs and wondering what else they don't know about you. Player gets confidence boost at the other characters reaction.)
