Prior to me watching your video, I read an article about a man posting his frustrations on Reddit concerning his girlfriend who quit her job a few months prior because 'dealing with toxic co-workers was mentally draining for her.'

He had been working overtime to make ends meet but told her, he couldn't continue to do it and she needed to get a job. He said, she lost it and told him there were no quality jobs out here right now and he should get a second job so she could be a stay at home "girlfriend" because it was the man's responsibility to provide for his partner.

Your points regarding compatibility, not being a leach, being supportive and believing in something could be referenced as how the woman in the above scenario did NOT meet the bar lol.

I totally agree..i didnt know how much my husband and me arent compatible in some areas. We are compatible in 85% of our outside activities but not in the spiritual side..God is gonna get us there. He is kind, hard-working, polite and a God-fearing man. But somethings i learned in my baby saint days he wasnt taught those things. Prayer, studing the Bible before i even start my day.

You’ve just proven to me I’ve been seeing the wrong man . I have all those qualities but keep looking through rose tinted spectacles as “ there’s potential “. Someone told me once men get intimidated by me because my standards are too high and I’m attractive it’s a double edged sword. “ . I am by no means perfect. The last guy I dated said he wanted to marry me but felt he wasn’t good enough for me that I deserved better . I supported him through all his trials and tribulations of addiction, joblessness and homelessness, and he went on to settle for a street woman. His last words to me were, he couldn’t stick to it but meant what he said, ”what you believed and saw in me wasn’t the person I was anymore from years ago … it’s my mental health sorry for hurting you !”.

I always try to be fair with men when it comes to money, and it's never appreciated. Instead of spending money to go out, I'll cook or make date night at home. I do my best to save him money because it's expensive but then I'm cooking more often and he NEVER wants to go out anymore.

Love your happy demeanor!! Compatibility... well in how far can we also just adapt to the other? And communication? What if the mother tongue of both is different? And believing in God and practicing the belief can be quite different. I mean Bible study or going to church is not always to be taken for granted. Health, well what if one partner has an auto immune disease and working on getting better but the other partner is drinking and eating unhealthily?

Mental health and physical health is key. Overall these things have been pushed aside for sex sake for far too long, which does not equal healthy in any way. Healthy is healthy period.
