Intermittent fasting + healthy low carb for 10 months. I am happy to confirm that my blood pressure dropped from 130-140/80-90 to the range 100-110/60-70 👍👍👍

Any body else notice ... My MD is NOT A healthcare provider! He is simply a "DRUG PUSHER" ... Ken, I watch all your videos and are just awesome!

I dropped my chronic life long high BP after intermittent fasting, stopped drinking alcohol and losing 30lbs. I was amazed that my BP is now never higher than 120s over 80s. Life changing. I'm on two BP medicines but tracking my BP to talk to my doctor about eliminating at least one of them (hopefully both eventually).

I'm on carvedilol and losartan. Went from 270lb to 195 doing Keto for a year. BP at the four months ago was 180/127 with a pulse in the high 80's. Cardiovascular Primary Care Doctor didn't like that I was doing Keto, but liked that I was losing weight. Had my follow up today and I lost 21lbs from the last visit. I think she gets in a rut with most patients not doing anything to help the situation they are in. She was ecstatic and smiled the entire time talking to me about my progress. It was a 100% change in her attitude from when I first started working with her. I've only been on the meds 4 months. The conversation was keep doing what I'm doing and we can talk about getting off/reducing the HBP meds. I keep a journal and my BP has been under 120/80 with a pulse around 60 for 2 months now.

After being on BP meds for many years (decades) I've recently found out that lowering my BP is as easy as not eating too much! I've lost 40 pounds in the last 8 months for my high sugar numbers and shazam, my BP is now consistently lower!

I was on bp meds for 38 years. They barely got it to 140/90
I've been on keto for 4 years. Stopped the meds. Bp is normal.

My friend stopped taking blood pressure medication and taking care of himself with low carb vegetables it was okay
After 2month he wakes up with bad sroke He still struggling to leave and trying to talk it’s very sad to see someone you know
So before stopping your high blood medicine you need to talk your doctor
Don’t be stupid !!!🙏

About 5 years ago, my blood pressure was at a point where my Dr wanted me on medication. 155/90. Dr prescribed a calcium channel blocker, Amlodipine. Caused headaches initially and increased heart rate. Within three weeks, BP was 185/100. He took me off it but not before I ended up in hospital, on stroke watch with a BP of 220/110. I lost18 lbs in that time for no reason. It took 2 months to get my BP down to safe levels. Eventually a specialist put me on an ARB and within a week I was perfect. Had to lower the dose twice, to the lowest and BP stays steady around 115/70. Amlodipine is toxic to some people, like me, and the body has to purge it which, caused the weight loss. It is cheap and gets prescribed quite a bit. Beware.

Ken, I just wanted to say thank you for this vid. I've known I had high BP for a couple decades. Started out a little high and continued to climb to where I'm at today. Went to the ER for a pain I had and they went through the whole thing. Two blood draws, 6 hrs on the EKG, 2 chest xrays. Turns out all the blood work came out good, xrays fine, EKG fine but blood pressure was way high. An injection brought it down part way but the Dr. wanted it lower so he gave me a small pill. After monitoring me he sent me home.
I had an appointment today with my new Primary Care Dr. (didn't have a Dr. for the last 10 years). He did his work and prescribed me LOSARTAN. Prior to leaving the house I watched this vid and wrote down all of the medications and your ranking. The instant the Dr. said what he was going to prescribe I pulled out my list and saw that it was favorable for someone in my situation. That brought comfort to me so, thank you for that.

I was on a less safe and a worst before keto/ketovore a little over 4 years ago. Praise God for bringing it to me! I was also on mobic or celebrex as well and the BP meds made my pain worse.... after choosing keto and losing 100 lbs, at 66, I'm not on any prescription meds at all- praise the Lord.

Lower insulin levels, increase electrolytes, get plenty of sun exposure. BP meds are only band aids as they do not fix the root cause. Human body always wants to heal itself so we have to give it what it needs to function properly

My fathers blood pressure was (no kidding) 200/150 refused to ever take meds. Amazingly he lived a very healthy life, died at age 95 of prostate cancer and that because the hardheaded Italian that he was refused surgery to have it removed. He was tall n fit and up to his late 80's he would run up 2 flites of stairs 2 steps at a time and I, half his age couldnt keep up. I tend to believe that hi blood pressure in some people may be just be normal.
