Update: the abusive mom was later arrested and sentenced to time in jail for child abuse. The manager was fired for ignoring a dangerous situation, while Jenny was promoted to his position. She also petitioned to adopt the abused boy and treated him like a prince

She will indeed have a criminal record and she will be charged with aggravated assault, child abuse and child endangerment. Nobody on this earth which dares aggress children should ever be called parents.
