im a waitress and once there was a couple that came in but me and the other waitress found his behavior pretty odd and she kept looking around with fear in her eyes so i asked my manager who is also a woman to come help and she made up a story that there was something with the bill (wrong food or something) and that one of them should come check so the boy went over to the counter and i was “cleaning the table” and asked the girl if she was in danger and if she needed any help and she said yes so we called the police and he got arrested for mental and physical abuse. so if you’re ever at a restaurant and need help, waitresses see everything.

This is completely fake. First of all, those are IP cameras. So the tag on it saying "CCTV" is added in for effect. Closed circuit television or CCTV are low-def cameras we used to use in the '80s and 90s. The video feed we are watching is clearly high definition, making them IP cameras or HD over coax at the very least, neither of those are CCTV. The "boyfriend" acting is so bad it's a dead give away. If she handed the waitress a note asking for help why would the waitress and the waiter stand right there pointing and looking directly at them, why would the waiter pick up the phone to call the cops 3 ft away from the alleged abuser. I appreciate what the video is trying to accomplish with the message, but couldn't you do it without trying to pull the wool over everybody's eyes with this obviously fake video? We have to take domestic violence and try to profit off it now?

Looks more like a trafficking situation than a boyfriend/girlfriend situation. It is possible to quickly scribble a note without looking at it. I've done it. Thank goodness she was safe.
