The creature attacking the shark in the thumbnail looks like a salt water croc blurred out and the shark could easily be a bull shark, in fact it probably is when you look at the tail and the nose.

Shark Alpha was not attacked at 1990 ft but was brought down by a large predator and devoured at that depth, which is why the sensor temperature increased to 70+ deg.

The shark being attacked in the thumbnail isn't a great white, the tail is all wrong for a start and so is the nose.

I remember this story Bout the tagged shark whose tag mysteriously reappeared and the fact that it's temp increased to 78° implies that it was eaten. So then, rationally and logically that would drive one to ask, what would attack a Great White and Orcas are the 1st to come to mind as they consider their livers to be tasty gourmet treats and Orcas can disable their prey by slamming them hard with their snouts. And even though it's true that orcas hunt on the surface, it may be that they hunted that shark on the surface and it was chased downward.
Then there's also the possibility of it being a Megalon (as they have been been spotted off the waters of Baja) or some other cryptid we know very little about.
There's also that pic that went viral many years ago that showed this guy with a HUGE Mako shark he had hooked except he was only able to bring in half it's body because SOMETHING Jurrasic sized came by and ate half that shark in 1 big ass chomp! [and this was a very BIG shark!].

The great white shark 🦈 was eaten by a bigger, great white shark. After all, they are cannibals.

A 13ft great white shark really isnt an alpha with regards to size, there are several creatures in the ocean that could take on a 13 footer. an orca whale for instance is twice its size and hunt in packs just cos a 13ft shark turns up in pieces doesnt mean some mysterious monster took it, orca, s also take their prey to the depths, and feast on it, and do so at a very fast rate. Most great whites if any are ever 25ft long, jaws is a movie, the very biggest are touching 20ft and they are very rare. so dont be surprised if a 13footer is found torn to pieces somewhere.

#fancytopic The shark in the picture is not a great white. Just look at the tail. That shark has a longer upper tail fin while great white sharks have crescent tail fins, just like makos.

Started to watch, then realized I'd seen it seven times already from seven different sources.

#Fancy Topic How big do saltwater crocodiles get? How deep can they dive? Is it possible to grow large enough to take down a great white shark?

#FancyTopic I was watching a reel and one of them talked about new shark called the Kodiak Shark. It bit a shark in half as researchers watched in horror.

Like you’ve said before, odd that it’s so fuzzy with all the technology available.

As many point out, there are several glaring flaws with this video. Having said that, the pic of the unknown predator eating the shark does sort of look like a mosasaur. Extremely doubtful it is but it does kind of look like it.
