I love how S4 flipped the story of the comics:

- Newman is the one who died, not the president
- Superheroes were legally put in the position of power, instead of coup
- Homelander actually got in his position at the end for the same reason, instead of just mindlessly taking over the White House.

I love Butcher's new power. Really dig how drastically different it is from his "basically Homelander" power in Season 3. It looks like vile tendrils of darkness coming out of his black heart consumed by hate and anger. Its like he is literally getting his hatred off his chest.
