What are Derivatives?

In this video, we go over the concept of derivatives as a slope in an infinitely small scale. This serves as an introduction to differential calculus, and would hopefully give you a better understanding of where derivatives come from. We also review the Leibniz notation, which is what you probably see in class most often.

My focus is to help people who don't necessarily like Math finally appreciate its beauty. I want them to see that Math isn't all too difficult, and once understood, Math could be really cool : - )

I was only taught to write derivatives like this. f ' (x)= ... But when i got into Uni, everyone and the books used Leibniz notation, god damn it was confusing.
