This program is really useful. He has gathered a bunch of information and put it in one app. I’m still in the healing process but have found significant relief using the programs stretches, diet and breathing guides. I use the app in combination with a local physical therapist, a lot of her exercises are the same as what is in this program. Thank you very much for creating this!

I went to a Urologist some yrs ago, he misdiagnosed me with urethral stricture based on a very unclear urethrograph. He too my money cut me open in my premium saw no stricture, only pelvic floor tightness and stitched me back up. I had 2 catheters in me for 2 months. Fun times😅. NEVER RUSH INTO SURGERY!
