I am terrible at remembering peoples names.

Well, I've never had a problem with remembering names, but I don't work in sales, so I don't have direct contact with a large number of customers or contractors. I admit that at the beginning of this video I could not understand the story you told, but after watching it I must admit that it makes sense. Similarly with listening to audio books with increased speed. I thought it was a bad idea, but in the end I gave it a try and it really works (I listen to Chris Voss book). It reduces the duration of the audio book and doesn't affect the understanding of its content (my speed is 1.75x). Your techniques are very interesting and you should be making more of these videos. Their content is universal and applies not only to the world of business and sales. Good job 👍🙂
