I've only just started delving into her discography but I am going to go ahead and predict that this will be my favorite album. This is so fucking cool.

RIP Mark Bell. Absolutely beastly production on this album.

it's incredible listening to this record in 2024 realizing how totally groundbreaking this record was in 1997. this production was so far ahead of the curve of what anyone else with a foot in the mainstream was doing in 1997, and this was the sound that so much modern pop production has only recently been catching up with. if someone told me this album came out like five years ago, i wouldn't argue with them.

I was 25 when this was released. I always loved this musical sprite when I first saw her in The Sugarcubes. She will always be in my internal musical museum Hall of Fame.

Björk's music has been part of my life for thirty years and will be for how many years I got left.

I was 20 when this came out. For me, when I listen to this record I feel like I am looking at a real Picasso or a Klimt painting being made. The whole record is profound.

I think my autism loves many of Bjork songs and videos.

Finally catching up on a bit of Bjork tonight after too many years of focusing on "happier" sounding music for my mental health. I'm struck by how this and also track from Debut remind me of Radiohead, especially Amnesiac.. Bjork however having been few years ahead of them. My appreciation of Bjork is humble, but i will merely say this - at least there were a few 90s artists who were still coming up with music as good as the classics of the 60s and 70s.. AND with a completely updated innovative sound. Yes, it's great music.

If travel is searching
And home has been found

I'm not stopping
I'm going hunting
I'm the hunter
I'll bring back the goods
But I don't know when

I thought I could organize freedom
How Scandinavian of me

En-cha-le-li
En-cha-le
You sussed it out, didn't you?
Yeah!

You could smell it
So you left me on my own
To complete the mission
Now I'm leaving it all behind

I'm going hunting
I'm the hunter, I'm the hunter
I'm going hunting
I'm the hunter, I'm the hunter
I'm the hunter, I'm the hunter
I'm the hunter
