My parents live close to where the fire started. They've said the air quality has been horrible since. My mom works for RUSD and now will have the day off due to the air quality. Please be safe out there to anyone close by.

I just went fishing in Carson River near Markleville in Northern California. The devastation is still all around from the fire called the Tamarack Fire that happened there in July of 2021. There were 23 homes lost in that one. So unbelievable how such a beautiful place can transform to something horrible so quickly. It burned 67, 000 acres. My heart goes out to these people here..

If you are in the mountains anywhere near running springs to Big Bear, Time to gtfo and start evacuating. This kind of Fire happens in this region about every 20 years and will burn itself all the way to big bear and surrounding mountain areas. Typically, there are people who wait to the last minute putting themselves and firemen in Danger. PLEASE leave now. Tomorrow will be devastating.

I prayed that the rain would've helped but it was not enough to make a difference 😢. We got a heavy downpour here near Riverside.

Most important moments are from 4:00 to 4:10 because how cute are that little sausage and chihuahua....Danielle, please just pick 3 days that you can take off to feel like dirt so that you can leave the meth. Appreciate that they showed some chill people with a reasonable approach to what is happening.

Thank you Governor Newsom for defunding the Forestry maintenance program years ago. Are you happy now?
