If I haven’t used my scooter in a week and I charged it to 100 before that do I need to turn it on from time to time?

Hi. was riding my scooter the other day then it shuts down on me. When i turn the key back on i get error fault E-06. Key off then on again, noticed 54.6v with same error. 1 min later key off then on, the battery voltage from 54.6v would drop slowly down to 0v. Key off then on, completely no reading from voltage gauge. What could be the problem? Please help. With direct charging from outlet source, 58.4v and doesn't cut off. Btw noticed when i plugged charger into one of the scooter charging port, i hear like an arc sound but disapper afterwards..

So what’s the best way to charge? Run it low or charging it little and often keeping it at 100%, also by using two chargers to charge does that kill the battery quicker over time? Or charge it to 80% and not 100, there’s so much miss information about I was hoping this would cover it, thanks

What if I was sent an EQ with a 52v charger and a 68v charger?

I requested/paid for the "fast charger"

But I'm confused why it wouldn't just be referred to as SECOND CHARGER to charged dual ports at same time.

Am I to assume that the single 68v charger alone will charge my scooter in half the time of regular 52v single charger?

Do the scooters come uncharged?
Turned key & git a glowing screen fur all of 3 seconds then it went 🌑 dark/off.
Was that a residual charge in the circuit?
Or did my scooter just have an issue?
