This game has so much potential although i do have a few ideas for improving it. I think you should add constant ragdoll to the cat so its not stiff when jumping to add that realistic feel to it.

Unfortunately I don't think you're going to get that Little Kitty big city audience with this. The image of a presumably dead cat is going to immediately send them running.

For context, my wife LOVED that game, but was initially hesitant when I mentioned it. It was only when their trailers explicitly communicated that the cat would never be in any real danger that she got excited.

She'd quickly noped out of Stray a while back, because she found the situations all the more stressful because they were happening to a cat. (Yes, it's actually kinda hard to die in that game but that only made her self judgemental about the kitty being hurt *because of her inadequacy.*)

This honestly seems like a game I'd almost make *twice, * one with a kitty that always lands safely on its feat (don't know how you'd handle invalid jumps) and once with a dude where you turn the falls into black comedy. Not sure this combination of concepts will find a place in the market.

wow, just wow. all the wusses that made the dev put in a different way of dying need to not come to this game if you are going to be this scared from an unrealistic cat "death", screw off. we don't want little kitty big city players to come play this game if they are as scared as a 3 year old watching a black and white holly wood horror movie
