Bennett Foddy, the creator of Getting Over It...with Bennett Foddy, absolutely loves speedrunners and shares his thoughts on what it's like to build a game from the ground up, just to have a speedrunner absolutely destroy it. Spoiler Alert: he likes it.

It's funny, but speedrunners probably appreciate a game more than any other person. They study it, admire it, research it, all into finding the fastest way to break it. It's serious dedication.
