Every wonder what it's like inside a Mormon church on a Sunday?

Kwaku and Ian talk about what to expect on a Sunday. They begin by sharing what it is like to actually walk into a Mormon church. The first thing to expect is being greeted by a member of the church who will be handing out programs that will outline a general schedule for the meeting that day. There are three different meetings on a Sunday and each of them last for an hour. Families will be there so you can expect to see kids running around and babies crying during a meeting. Hymns are sung during the first meeting, the sacrament meeting, by the congregation. The bishopric presides over the each meeting and are similar to clergy with the the exception that they receive no compensation.

I am enthralled by the radiantly ebullient, warmth of all congregants.

I love these videos! I'm 16 and currently go to a baptist Christian Church with my mum's friend. (My family are atheists and agnostics but respect religion) I never thought of considering The LDS church (especially as it's not that big in the UK) and many anti Mormon sites have made me reject it but as I pray on it more, the more I keep being pulled back to it. I haven't made a decision yet but I love investigating it. Keep the good work up guys!! X

For 3 Mormons on Sunday. I go to a Branch no gym though our Stake building is and have Visited Wards..

Depends of the Sunday in the month. Fast and Testimony is a little different from other Sundays. We used to do three hour blocks, but now we do two hour blocks. In 2021, COVID means we do Zoom meetings. LDS services are more conservative. No worship music with a band, no hipster preacher in blue jeans. The prime focus is on the sacrament and renewal of our covenants. There are usually two talks given by lay members. Usually there are 3-4 hymns. You will also have an opening and closing prayer. The best part is feeling the spirit.

Remember when you pray to Jesus in the Mormon church it is a different Jesus, they think he is an exalted man, so if you think you are praying to the biblical God you are not even close in the Mormon church!!
