Loved it! Tried the same recipe just added more peppers and carrots and used Bok Choy. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I also substituted cornstarch for coconut flour. Thanks for this video. This is the only way my kid will eat veggies😍😍😍

In a bowl, we place the poached egg, upside down in a bowl, we put the chop suey and a heap of cooked rice. We put a plate to cover the bowl, we overturn the plate together with the bowl.

Then we remove the bowl and it is the magical instant.

Hey, can somebody tell me please; I bought all the ingredients for the sauce. But I couldn't get Chinese Cooking Wine. Then I went to an Asian supermarket and got some. But yours is colourless and mine is brown. Looking at the bottle I see it says FUJIAN COOKING WINE. Is this OK? Otherwise I must say it's super stuff. The past week I've been shovelling cabbage and carrot and onion stir-fry in with a SPADE. This stuff is SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS. But am I using the right cooking wine?
