Gallipoli - In Australian cinemas this ANZAC weekend only

Commemorating the 100th anniversary of the historic & nation defining Gallipoli campaign, it is with great pride that 20th Century Fox will distribute Peter Weir's classic film "Gallipoli".

Recognised as one of the finest Australian film of all time, winner of 8 AFI awards and starring a host of Australia's finest actors including Mel Gibson & Mark Lee, “Gallipoli” will available in a lovingly restored digital version for theatrical presentations on April 25th and 26th 2015.

The story of a group of young Australian men who leave their various backgrounds behind and sign up to join the ANZACs in World War I. They are sent to Gallipoli, where they encounter the resolute Turkish army whose ally Germany had organised the defenses along the peninsula, Kemal Ataturk comes to the fore during this campaign.
