Smite was my first MOBA and I loved it so much. But then I was having connection issues which I found out that they removed the servers in Asia (specifically in SEA). Made the game unplayable with the lag. Hoping that they work on this because I really want to get back into Smite.

Smite does a lot of things very well and really needs a way to attract new players. This is it. For as much enjoyment the game has brought me over the years, I feel like it should be way more popular than it currently is so hopefully the launch pops off and the flood gates open en masse!

trying to sell the game a second time. Let me remind you. Batman: Arkham Knight runs on Unreal Engine 3 and still is one of the best looking games ever

Very sad most of the skins aren't coming over. Hopefully their divine legacy event will actually feel substantial enough to compensate for the like hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours alot of people put into smite 1. Quickest way to lose a fan base is to not respect their time

Stuff looks like it has that...IMPACT when it comes to attacks now. That's one of the main things I'm loving, other than the very much needed visual touch up. Mad excited!

Concurrently running both games I think is going to be pretty yucky, unless it is a temporary solution until most of the content they want ported over to Smite 2 gets brought over.

I don’t have any purchased skins you can’t unlock or buy with in-game currency, but if I did, I think a lot of people aren’t going to be happy with the compensation for their skin being gone.

Again, I hope the concurrent smite 1 and smite 2 is a temporary thing, because I just don’t see balancing and developing 2 different versions of the same game going well.

Cautiously optimistic. After all, it’s still early and the game isn’t even in Alpha yet.
