Thanks for this dude, I think the in game tutorial (and especiallt he prologue) did a piss poor job of actually explaining the mechanics.
Played the first one to death, but couldn't grasp this at first.

The best guide! The rest I watched were so much longer. This was concise and gave me the exact info I needed to get started.

Frostpunk shouldn't have let go of FP1 style step by step tutorial rather than exploratory.
