So far these CFORCE ATVs from CFMOTO have been absolutely great!!! They have taken a beating and bashing and structurally they are strong and proven machines.. The Only issue has been on the CFORCE 400, 500, and 800 and it is a Vapor lock, fuel system issue and CFMOTO has stepped up to the plate and heard our complaints and have offered a solution that fixes the problem. Watch this video and then take your 2020 model 400, 500, or 800 to your CFMOTO certified shop and let them fix this. I do not believe it is labeled or considered a CFMOTO Recall, but it is something that they will fix just like it is a recall.

First off thank you for your videos they are great! Brand new 2021 800xc, love the machine! First ride since I bought it today and every time I stopped I had to open the gas cap to release pressure or else it would stall. Glad to know this is a simple issue with a simple fix!

You guys are great. I overfilled my tank today and thought I had fouled the carb or plugs or both. Disconnected the California crap and I’m right back in the woods. Thank you!

Just had it done on my UForce 500. It would get hot and would not start if I turned it off. It would have to cool down before re starting. The dealer suckered me into the 20hr service. Ended up costing me 350 dollars. Warranty covered the bypass. Thanks for the videos.

I have a CF Moto Cforce 500 manufactured 11/21. It won’t run for nothing. My local dealer where I bought it is absolutely horrible. They keep slapping sparks plugs in it and calling it good and wanting to charge me even though it’s under warranty. I’ve mentioned this to them and they won’t even acknowledge it. I’m tempted to make the 4 hour drive to let you guys do it

thanks for this video. i have a 400. would this also cause start up problems after running for awhile? haven’t noticed problems while running but have had problems on a restart. thanks.

Thanks for the video I thought I had done it right just unhooking the two hoses the first time I did it but I hadn't watched the full video until now no wonder I was still getting bad vapor lock im gonna do it right tmrw cant wait too see the difference

On my 2019 500s the hoses run forward to the canister located behind left front wheel inner fender shield. I went ahead and did mine myself yesterday and it runs great after deleting. I cheated and left canister and hoses in place so it could be changed back in the future if ever required.

I have a 2021 400s and I have some kind of vent hose that is next to the oil cap where it vents and connects to the underneath of the motor .I always keep my machines very clean after each ride and I happened to notice the tube had what was a oily sediment in it and I replaced it with a new one that I had a roll of . What I immediately noticed was the throttle instantly became very smooth in all ranges . Can you tell me what this hose is for and why I have this oily sediment in it . What could be causing this I cant find any information in the manual . This hose is clear around 1/4 OD / 3/16 ID and please note I have not Ben going through any water that go over the foot rest . I usually do most of my own maintenance and would appreciate your input . Thanks Rene Martel

Thank you for this video. Love them all. I was having problems with my 500s not starting after it got hot so I did my own delete. Now it won't start easily when cold. Had a reverse effect. Any ideas?

Hey Blake I was going through some of your older video’s and found this one I was riding my 2021 800xc and it started acting funny like a gas issue cracked the gas cap and sure enough it worked ran fine the rest of the day getting power steering worked on this week gonna get them to delete the evape system

Hey guys, love the videos! I have a 2022 cforce 600 Touring with less than 500 miles that has recently developed a bog and loss of engine power at mid throttle, if I go full wide open throttle it comes out of it but will immediately do it again at a cruise. Could this be the issue??

I have a 2016 cforce 500 ho it sounds like you are describing the same issue I've been having. Did they have the emissions junk on them in that year?

Blake, do you think the 600 Touring is ok like the 600? I haven't had any issues yet with idle or anything. I'm up to 25 hours and just changed my oil for the 1st time yesterday. Thanks buddy!

I have a 2020 cforce 600 I have had for 3 weeks now and the first long ride out I had the throttle and hesitation issues and seeing these videos before I was aware of the gas cap venting issue so I cracked open the gas cap and sure enough it spewed and vented and this issue was resolved at the time. I’m am wondering if the 600 will become included in this issue and repair.

Tap into the gas cap put a barbed fitting and then put a rubber hose on it !! Same thing the older quads did
