Currently have one in the shop. It runs for a while then shuts off and wont turn on again. I checked if theres power goin to the fuel pump and theres none. Relay and fuse are good. Also pulled the pump out and tested it directly and it does work. I put it back in, disconnected the fuel line and i kept cycling the ignition and kill switch to see if the fuel pump would prime but nothing. After a million tries, i got the pump to prime then it was back to doin the same thing. Not sure what may be stopping the power to get to the pump.

Thanks for posting. I am having the same issue with my 2021 800 Xc. Was hoping their would be some way to fix the issue withoutu buying a new part. Seems strange that the pump works sometimes and other times doesnt. Has the issue completetly resolved with the new pump?
