Volunteers are working to recover bodies after the deadly Hamas attack. Yossi Landau, the head ZAKA in the southern region, called the brutality “indescribable.”

I don't mean to sound insensitive, but we need to see these pictures and any videos. Yes, they are shocking, and perhaps we could put a warning ahead of showing them so parents may want to watch them first before deciding about their kids. Here's my concern if we don't show these pictures fully to the world: We know what happened after Hitler and the concentration camps, people didn't believe it had occurred. Why? For sensitivity reasons pictures and videos were suppressed. Once we finally had access to the material the absolute horror of what Hitler had done, and I'd throw in here Stalin's Holodomor from 1932-33, we need certainty to counter false narratives. We see everywhere, already these false narratives being propagated all over. How else are we to effectively counter the lies, innuendo and false narratives?
I realize my view will not be popular, but if the truth hurts, it hurts. But the truth must stand on its own!
